I’ve been reflecting on facilitation, social media, and attention. I’ve realized how leading, even in facilitative way, can create a misleading sense of engagement. Similarly, social media encourages performance over genuine connection, and many people I know are exhausted by it. I’m stepping back, risking boredom, and exploring stillness—learning to be present rather than constantly seeking impact. Beneath our more hurried thoughts, there may be a slower, kinder undercurrent that connects us. I’m curious about deeper attention and would love to hear from anyone who resonates with these thoughts.

People have been facilitated before: boredom, stillness, recovering attention and the undercurrents of life
